Great ...

... just great.

My senior just tendered her resignation this afternoon. And I will be all alone in our department. I cannot stop her from going also cos she had been searching for the past 3 years and her rezeki only came in yesterday. Yeap, she had signed on the employment letter already and there is no turning back for her. I doubt she want to turn back also hahahaha.

Anyway, she strongly recommend that I leave too. Knowing our boss's perangai, she will sure dump everything to me since I will be the most senior one (secretary) in the team. And I dun want to take over my senior's scope cos not only she handle our boss's work stuff, she also handle her personal stuff too. I dun want to be caught in that web. And I dun want the added responsibilities. I want to climb up the corporate ladder but not this way. Work is work, personal is personal. She can jolly well hire a PA to handle her personal stuff, just dun use her legal secretaries. It will not be fair to us.

Back to square one la nampaknye. Everyday send send resumes until get calls. Le sigh~ Macam mane nak menang long service award in a company ni macam eh!
