I joined my current firm when it was in its transitioning period with a bigger firm and my employer assured me that the benefit would be better.

My colleagues (from the smaller firm) and I received a revised employment contract from the HR person yesterday and while my designation was changed from Corporate Admin Executive to Administrator, Corporate Secretarial, I ignored it cos I did not see any major changes in my scope, it is still as relaxed (i think... LOL!) as before. What made me read the contract over and over again is the Bonus Entitlement section or the lack of it.

Looks like we, the staff, will not be receiving any Bonuses from the firm. Not even the 13th month. Ridic beyond belief lo. How can a firm not present something deemed small to them like 13th month bonus to its staff?

No wonder the turnover for this firm (from what I noticed since I joined) is very high. How would I know right? This firm is an MNC, of course I have high hopes about it.
