Asia's Next Top Model Cycle 3

The new season of Asia's Next Top Model just premièred on Star World yesterday evening and it is on its 3rd Cycle already. I did not catch the first two seasons because ... I can barely watch the telly when I was still living with my parents as my father conquered it almost everyday. Now that I have my own house and telly, I can watch it anytime I want!

WHEE!

Anyway, since Masterchef Junior just ended its Season 3, my Wednesdays are free from then onwards until the advertisement for AsNTM3 came up and I told myself, ok la just watch lo since I am an avid fan of its original US version. Maybe the Asian version pun the same la kan.

Same my ass la.

AsNTM 3 is hosted by G.eorgina W.ilson and if you have not heard of her, don't worry, neither do I hahaha!

When I first heard her talk, I felt that she was a bit boring. Not like her US counterpart who is loud, fun and bubbly but I continued watching in hopes of her changing my mind later. Competition wise, the girls were of cos more Asian-looking and Singapore is represented by only 1 girl. A bit odd as this season, the hosting country is Singapore.

As the show continued until the judging segment, this GW girl has not warmed up to me yet. She was lifeless and dry as mouldy toast. She did not show any compassion or feelings for the eliminated girl. Who chose this girl ah!?

Ok la, I shall give her chance as it was only on its first episode and maybe she was feeling nervous as TM is a huge deal wat. We shall see in the upcoming episodes then.
