The contractor stayed true to his words and emailed Yan the quotation that night itself. So efficient! I like very much! :P
Yan told me that the contractor quoted us cheaply seh! I asked him how cheap?! Including all additional works (like L-box for lights la, settee la) that we want, they all added up to 16K. Cheap rite? But still over our budget so Yan did some minor changes to the quotation and what we NEED just amounted to 12K.

Yan is practically sold on this contractor as he has seen his works and was happy about it. But I on the other hand, still want to meet up with the ID. Girls ma heh :P
